(Rewriting Your Epigenetic Coding)
I think most of us know on some level that what we believe affects our reality, but knowing this and understanding how epigenetics works is a different matter.
Epigenetics shows us that our genes aren’t fixed. The way they express themselves is shaped by the signals we send them through our environment, emotions, and unconscious beliefs. Bruce Lipton’s The Biology of Belief is a wonderful book if you’d like to go deeper into the science of this, but you don’t need to read it to understand the core truth: what you believe, consciously or unconsciously, sends out a vibration. That vibration is received by your cells and reflected and projected back into your lived reality. If you don’t feel lovable, you vibrate at “unlovable,” and your reality shows you that frequency. It does this so you can fix the belief, not because your reality is some cruel, punishing entity.
This Medigraytion® explores the ten most common tribal beliefs that so many of us carry. Some come from early trauma, others from tapping into collective patterns that seep into our nervous systems and cells. Over time, these beliefs alter cellular function and shape behavior epigenetically.
Inside the practice, you’ll be guided to identify and release those negative beliefs, breathe gratitude into the spaces they once occupied (maybe start with the Grounded Gratitude Medigraytion®), and allow that gratitude to re-write your cellular coding. Gratitude is not just an idea — it is a physiological state that primes your system to anchor the original, life-affirming truth underneath the distortion.
This is the work of remembering your body’s natural coding. Releasing what was imposed, and re-activating what was always yours.
